Chocolate scone cookies

This recipe is a mix of scone and cookie. Try it.

About 550 ml wheat flour, or just over two cups
2 eggs
150 grams sugar
1 dl milk
1 spoon (10 ml) baking powder/ bakepulver
150 g butter 

Mix the dry stuff. Knead in the cold butter, pastry style, with your hands until homogeneous.

Mix egg and milk, and add to the rest. Add chocolate chips if you want to.

You now have a quite wet dough. Put some flour on your hands and create twelve ball-shaped thingies, and put on baking thingy, then glaze with some egg/milk mixture that you held aside over.

Put in oven about 20 mins, 200 Deg Centigrade (400F).

Then double the recipe and repeat.
